Christy Cooney's Brew

Spirit Dingo I first purchased this album on vinyl over the counter at the Dan O'Connell Hotel (Carlton, Australia) one lunchtime (do you remember, all you could get was a toasted sandwich?) as Christy sat with a few mates, yarning. He signed it 'Have a Good Brew'. Well, I've had many a good brew to these tunes and recommend them as a fun and eclectic sample of Christy's talent. To this day, songs like Sullivan's John, Shamrock Shore and Joe Hill remain favorites. Favorite track: Shamrock Shore.
